Tropical Fried Shrimp

Today's ahooting area is super HOT!!! I'm basically sweating like a pig........🐷
But oh well.. Dapur cantik is always give me inspiration to cook simple dish and for sure tasty!!! That's all matters.. And one of today's dish is "Tropical Fried Shrimp" goshhh!!! I love when fruits and protein combined each other.. Well sure thing.. Enjoy!!!J

Quiche!

Quiche (read as Kishh).. one of my very fave french afternoon tea dish.. savory, rich in taste, and great texture... really calms your afternoon in your living room or terrace...

The very first time I ate Quiche back when I was in college... Never forget the taste!! and one day.. I decided to try to create this open bake pie.. and it was horrible...!! It took me almost 2 years to perfection the taste according to my pallate ^^ and currently, it actually becoming one of my best seller in my ferony's kitchen..

This week.. i recieved at least 70 small quiches, and 6 big size quiche.. and I barely even sleeeeeppp!!! gossh somebody gimme tea and so I can go to my bed..

My very first small bites menu after Masterchef ^^

Hello!!! So glad that I finally can start what I dreamed for so long..

My very first step is creating my own menu for my future catering... And creating "Pumpkin Tenderloin Choux Basket" is one of the signature canape dish that I made for couple of times to perfection it ^^

The basic of the canape idea is to get the juiciness of the tenderloin, and the sweetness of the pumpkin itself... Mixing it with savory choux pastry, make it even tastier YUMM!!!!
